Probably one of our strongest differentiators from other companies! We have a dedicated support team and have found over the years that because SharePoint is such a strong product our support isn’t being used to fix bugs or problems but more on advising, re-engineering and enhancing solutions, so we have developed our support packages accordingly. As part of the support package you are given credits each month – any credits that aren’t used in a particular month are then rolled over to the next month. Most other companies offering support don’t do this – their support contracts are seen more as an insurance policy and if you don’t use the time in a particular month then you lose it. At the end each 12 months support we will advise you if you have any remaining credits so that you can then use them towards something of benefit to your business – you could offset it against the cost of future development work or training for example.
